Farm staff are very committed and passionate. The Trust is committed to developing the current team in farm management and leadership. For this reason there will be both a focus and ongoing investment in upskilling the team.

Milestones 2018-2021...

• Enrol in ITO approved training and study programs (completion Jul 2020)
• Attend the nearest farm forums and discussion groups annually (Jul, Oct, Jan, Apr)
• Visit three successful farm businesses annually (Oct, Feb, Jun)
