The development focus for Pukerewa over the next 3 years will be:

1. Developing the capability of our people on the farm
2. Creating simple and effective planning and reporting processes
3. Ensuring every paddock is stock proof with access to water

We expect that once the above initiatives are nearing completion, Pukerewa will be in a strong position to undertake a formal review of the farm business with the aim of a transformational change that will see the farm performing within the top 20% of local businesses in the most environmentally sustainable manner generating both profits and mana for Pukerewa katoa.
