Tohunga Tūmau - Puanga Matariki Dinner
On 01 July 2021, the inaugural event of the Year - Tohunga Tūmau was held at Shed 10, Queens Wharf in Tamaki Makaurau.
This was attended by a representative from Pukerewa A Trust. The 'Degustation Dinner' showcased Aotearoa's finest Māori food, beverage, entertainment and culinary expertise. Nine of Aotearoa's top Maori chefs designed, created and presented a 6 course delectable menu using the finest Maori produce from around the country.
The Trustees and Management of Pukerewa Station give a big shout out to Angus Paterson and Nick Baylis from Farmlands and to Rewi Spraggon for the opportunity to share in this extraordinary experience.
